The website skyfirstlabs.com is operated by Special Option LDA (trading as Sky First Labs), a private limited company registered in Portugal under tax identification number 518824985, with registered office at Estrada Nacional 4, Quinta Fernão Pote, caixa 3, 7350-422 Elvas, Portalegre, Portugal.

These terms govern your access to and use of the site. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms cover the public-facing website and the materials we publish on it: pages, copy, images, code, downloads, and the contact form.

They do not cover the Sky platform itself or any 5-day audit, pilot, or platform agreement. Those engagements are governed by separate agreements signed with each customer, including a Data Processing Agreement where applicable.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaks Portuguese or EU law.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to access.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written authorisation.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including denial-of-service activity, automated scraping at a rate that degrades service, or introduction of malicious code.
• Use the site to send unsolicited communications or to harvest contact details.

We may suspend or restrict access where we have a reasonable belief that the site is being misused.

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, the Sky First Labs mark, the Enterprise Collective Intelligence category, software code, and design — is owned by Special Option LDA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the site for your own internal business reference. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, framing, or use to train machine learning models — requires our prior written consent.

The site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the content accurate, but we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from reading it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts of the district of Évora, without prejudice to mandatory rules of consumer jurisdiction.
